When you buy a Power Word Aromatherapy bracelet we donate a bracelet to a cancer patient.  It helps you both Feel Good, Smell Good and Do Good. How to VENT: Drop in your favorite essential oil to the back of your bracelet and place on your wrist. Say your POWER Word, close your eyes, lift your wrist to your nose, inhale deeply and count to 3 and exhale for a count of 4. Repeat 3 x’s.

Repeat this ritual every half hour; relaxing you, clearing your mind, and helping you forget the BS. Tell yourself you can!
